    Developed from the rehabilitative techniques of Joseph Pilates, it is an innovative method of exercise which is safe and effective for you regardless of your age or condition. It teaches body awareness, good posture, and efficiency in movement. It strengthens, aligns and defines. The Pilates method focuses on strengthening your core postural muscles which are essential to providing support for the spine. Pilates specific equipment provides progressive resistance training, and mat work uses the constant resistance of gravity.

    The Studio is not just a place to exercise. You will be given the opportunity to learn how to make your body function efficiently. The skills you will acquire are transferable and can be applied to your day-to-day life. I offer sessions with a wide range of choices from restorative to athletic. You will truly appreciate the knowledge, care and dedication I have to offer.
